Compliance with equal pay for women and men
Further to the review of equal pay for women and men that employers are legally required to conduct if they employ more than 100 people, Certas has been awarded the certification “Fair ON Pay” by the company Comp-On.
The Swiss Confederation allows for a maximum tolerance limit of 5% regarding the difference in remuneration between men and women. According to the result of the analysis, Certas clearly meets this requirement and exhibits an exemplary low figure.
As an employer, we have been complying with equal pay regulations for several years. We are delighted about the extremely positive result, which shows that our corporate values “compassionate”, “reliable” and “visionary” make an impact on our daily actions.
This success spurs us on to continue working on our employer brand and to keep developing our working conditions. A recertification will be carried out in 2023/2024.
