Annual leave and public holidays

  • 9 paid public holidays per year (applies for EAV).
  • Unpaid leave possible, by individual agreement.
  • Paid free days for special occasions such as marriage, birth, relocation.
  • Option of an additional week of leave (2% wage deduction or advance performance).
  • Home workplace is possible on agreement.

Maternity and paternity leave

  • 14 weeks maternity leave at 100% salary.
  • 10 days paternity leave at 100% salary.

  • New employees will be supported by a systematic, comprehensive induction programme. We support further training for our employees.

How does the application process work at Certas?
  1. Submit application file
    Have you found a suitable position with us? Apply online through our application portal. As soon as we’ve received your application, we’ll send you a confirmation and check your application.
  2. First interview
    Depending on the position, the first meeting can be held by phone, digitally (video) or personally on site. We can get to know each other better in a personal interview. You will find out more information on the advertised position and the Certas working environment.
  3. Trial day or second personal meeting
    During a trial day or a second personal meeting you’ll have the chance to get to know the team and your future workplace, as well as obtain an impression of our everyday life.
  4. Signing the contract 
    If we decide in favour of you after the second meeting, you’ll receive an acceptance letter from us. If you still want to join us, we’ll send you a confirmation of employment. You’ll receive the employment contract by post in the days that follow. Congratulations, we’re looking forward to working with you!
  5. Welcome to Certas!
    On the first day, our HR team and your new work colleagues will give you a warm welcome. We’ll support you at every step so that you’re ready to start working in your new team. An exciting and comprehensive induction programme also awaits you!
