Low-cost monitoring solution for your alarm system

When an alarm is triggered, our system will automatically call you and play a pre-recorded voice message to inform you about the type of alarm (e.g. robbery or fire alarm) and the affected location. The voice message will prompt you to acknowledge the message by pressing a button, indicating that you have understood the notification. However, the voice message cannot answer any questions. After successful acknowledgement or if the call is not answered, the process will proceed according to the defined instructions. This process will be repeated up to three times. If the voice message is still not acknowledged after the third attempt, or in case of system malfunctions, an employee of the alarm monitoring centre will intervene in the process.

The monthly cost is CHF 24. For most of our customers, that covers everything they need from this service. You can also pay an extra CHF 5 per month to add an extra instruction profile. Contact us to request a more detailed quote.

As soon as an alarm is triggered, our system sends you an automated voice message so you know which type of alarm we’re dealing with (e.g. fire alarm or burglar alarm) and whereabouts the alarm has been triggered. If the alarm isn’t acknowledged after three automated voice messages, the trained team members at our alarm receiving centre will take over.

CERTAS alarm Digital+ is extremely flexible because it gives you the option to add up to five instruction profiles for alarm and fault signals and an extra two instruction profiles for monitoring the transmission channels.
