CERTAS control Loxone: smart processing of alarms

Over the last few months, Certas and Loxone have exploited synergies and put together a smart offer which will provide more safety and comfort for their joint customers. As announced back in May, we can receive and process alarms from Loxone systems around the clock from now on.

With our new service CERTAS control Loxone and the two graded monthly subscriptions CERTAS control Budget and CERTAS control Home, our customers use all the advantages of permanent monitoring in the security section of their Loxone Smart Home system. Our customers thus feel comfortable and safe within their four walls, whether they are in a rented flat, an owner-occupied home or on the premises of a company.

What are the benefits? With this connection and permanent monitoring by a professional alarm centre, our customers can reduce their stress, as the decision to install the Loxone Smart Home System and delegate it to Certas for your safety will noticeably simplify your daily life. Our customers can thus relax and concentrate on the important things in life.

Depending on the alarm plan, the employee in our alarm centre ensures that it is not a false alarm. If they do not receive a response or if an incorrect code is entered, they can call on an intervention force (private, public) to take the necessary measures.

In addition, reachability is guaranteed. A smartphone is not a good solution for processing alarms 24 hours a day. If you have no mobile reception, your battery is flat or your smartphone is switched to mute, you will not receive any alarms. However, we can be reached by our customers 24 hours a day.
