New payment options
Various payment methods are available for you as a customer. You can decide how you would like to pay your invoice. Certas is certified according to ISO 14001:2004 and has set itself the target of reducing environmental pollution and working without paper wherever possible. With eBill, you no longer receive your invoice in paper form by post or by email, but directly in your online banking. You thus receive the invoice free of charge in the same place you pay it from. We recommend eBill.
In addition to eBill, our customers who receive invoices by email can select the following payment methods:
- TWINT
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Postcard
- PostFinance E-Finance
Just press the button “E invoice”, which you will find in our email, and for each invoice, select the payment method you would like to use.
Our system will guide you through the simple payment process.
Take this opportunity to benefit from the various payment options and switch now to receive your invoices by email in future. We will of course continue to send you the invoice by post if you prefer. We thank you for understanding that additional costs of CHF 3.00 per invoice will be incurred for this chargeable option.
